Join us for our weekly run followed by an awesome recovery session, thanks to our friends at lululemon and The Westin Resort Whistler.
This week, Rich Sievewright of RICHLIFE (https://www.richlifewhistler.com/) will be leading us through a recovery yoga session in the cosy setting of the Callaghan room in The Westin. Remember to bring a change of clothes to avoid having to relax and recover in your sweaty run gear!
